Einkorn, the Ancient Grain
These tea biscuits are an ode to Einkorn, the most primitive variety of wheat. It is a non-hybridized wheat with a weak gluten structure.
Our Einkorn wheat is grown with organic methods and stone milled into whole wheat flour in the US.
About the chocolate
These tea biscuits are a collaboration with Elements Truffles, an NJ based chocolate company who make micro-batches and our additive-free chocolates free from dairy, refined sugar, soy, emulsifiers and anything artificial.
No Refined Sugar
These Einkorn tea biscuits are sweetened with organic maple syrup, the chocolate drizzle is sweetened with raw honey. There's no place for refined sugar in our Ayurveda inspired recipes!

This is a biscuits that can bring peace of mind with its exotic flavor of rose and cardamom. It’s not very sweet but can bring an equal satisfaction. The fragrance makes you calm down and enjoy the food. The package is very nice as well. Love it!

Where else can we find such amazing and simple ingredients??!! ANSWER: Nowhere!! And how about the lovely containers? I ordered 2 containers of each cookie, and they're all marvelous. I eat them at the end of the night when I just need something, and 3 biscuits are pretty darn satisfying. And virtuous! I'm so glad I met Divya. Her company wasn't in my radar, and I'm delighted it now is.
