AyurSome Wellness (pronounced: I-You-R Some Wellness) derives its name from Ayurveda, an ancient holistic science from India. Ayurveda is composed of two words: "Ayu," meaning life, and "Veda," meaning knowledge. "Ayurveda" loosely translates to the knowledge of life, providing us with the key to a world inspired to understand and experience their bio-individual wellness and life of balance.

We embrace Ayurvedic principles to bring you the best in better-for-you foods and wellness teas. So, what could be a better name than AyurSome Wellness!

Our mission is to inspire wellness by creating the best products that embody the principles of Ayurveda and support each person in their wellness journey, every day.

Divya, Founder of AyurSome Wellness, a women owned NJ small biz that makes herbal wellness teas, einkorn cookies and millet cookies

About Our Founder

Divya, grew up in India, where the food habits and recipes are deep-rooted in Ayurveda. She learned from a very young age how food impacts health and well-being. As corporate career beckoned, connection to Ayurveda took a backseat. Her daily meditation practices brought her back to Yoga and Ayurveda. More aware of how her mind and body reacted to food, people and places, she started to connect with the Ayurvedic wisdom again. Happy, stress-free and glowing she wants to touch peoples’ lives by bringing better-for-you foods and wellness teas.
