Our founder is pre-diabetic. She wanted a cookie she could have every morning — half a cookie, mindfully, with her tea — without the blood sugar spike that comes with a regular store-bought cookie. So she made one.

Every ingredient was chosen deliberately, working with a chef over months. Millets for their naturally low glycemic impact and gluten-free profile. I love a tea biscuit and have really missed them due to dietary intolerances and choice not eat refined sugars and vegan. These check all of the boxes. They are delicate, full of flavor and all of the ingredients are good for you. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and tasty biscuit!

Awesome clean taste! These biscuits are the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor to satisfy and keep you on track of avoiding all those bad sugars out there. My husband and I are fans of the classic Einkorn tea biscuits and the date and millet cookies are a perfect addition to our tea/ coffee time snacks! I personally love all lemony desserts and this cookie is my favorite guilt free, healthy, lemony treat!
