Here's how to make the Stress-Me-Not Tea

Serves 1

1. For a quick cuppa with loose leaf tea

Ingredients

8 oz water

1 to 1.5 teaspoon AyurSome Wellness' Stress-Me-Not Tea

How to make

  • Add Stress-Me-Not Tea in a tea filter/infuser
  • Place the tea filter/infuser in a mug
  • Bring water to a rolling boil and pour boiling water over the tea
  • Cover and steep for 5 minutes

2. Brew loose leaf tea tea with a french press

Ingredients

8 oz water

1 to 1.5 teaspoon AyurSome Wellness' Stress-Me-Not Tea

How to make

  • Add Stress-Me-Not Tea to the french press carafe
  • Bring water to a rolling boil and pour boiling water over the tea in the carafe
  • Place the lid on the carafe with the plunger pulled up all the way and let tea sit there covered for 4-5 minutes.
  • Gently push the plunger all the way down and pour out the tea in you mug.

3. For a cuppa using our tea bags

Ingredients

8 oz water

1 tea bag of AyurSome Wellness' Stress-Me-Not Tea

How to make

  • Place the tea bag in a mug
  • Bring water to a rolling boil and pour boiling water over the tea bag
  • Cover and steep for 5 minutes

Best time to enjoy

Feels special on a stressful day, about 40-45 minutes before bedtime
