Here's how to make the Cup-It-Cool Tea

1. For a robust flavor cuppa with loose leaf tea!
Ingredients
10-12 oz water
1 to 1.5 teaspoon AyurSome Wellness' Cup-It-Cool Tea
How to make
- Combine Cup-It-Cool Tea and water in a saucepan
- Bring it a boil
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Strain into a mug

2. For a quick cuppa with loose leaf tea

8 oz water
1 to 1.5 teaspoon AyurSome Wellness' Cup-It-Cool Tea
How to make
- Add Cup-It-Cool Tea in a tea filter/infuser
- Place the tea filter/infuser in a mug
- Bring water to a rolling boil and pour boiling water over the tea
- Cover and steep for 5 minutes
3. Brew loose leaf tea tea with a french press
Ingredients
8 oz water
1 to 1.5 teaspoon AyurSome Wellness' Cup-It-Cool Tea
How to make
- Add Cup-It-Cool Tea to the french press carafe
- Bring water to a rolling boil and pour boiling water over the tea in the carafe
- Place the lid on the carafe with the plunger pulled up all the way and let tea sit there covered for 4-5 minutes.
- Gently push the plunger all the way down and pour out the tea in you mug.
4. For a cold brew!

- Add Cup-It-Cool Tea and water in a jar
- Close the lid of the jar and let it sit overnight
- Strain it into a mug in the morning and enjoy the coolness
